We collect PII that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, work history, and educational background. This information is used to populate your Fapply profile and automatically fill out job applications on your behalf.
We collect authentication information for your Fapply account (username, password) to secure your profile. The Service may also store credentials for third-party job board websites if you choose to save them. This information is used solely to log in to those sites as directed by you to submit applications. All sensitive authentication data is stored using strong, industry-standard encryption.
To tailor job applications, our Service needs to access the content of your professional documents, such as resumes and cover letters, that you upload or paste into the Fapply extension. This allows our AI to extract key skills and experiences to accurately complete application fields. We do not monitor your personal emails, texts, or unrelated chat messages.
For the extension to function, it must identify job application pages. We collect your web history to detect when you are on a compatible job portal. We also analyze the website content (text, form fields, HTML structure) of these pages to understand the layout and correctly place your information into the application form.
