Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fapply website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Fapply ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Fapply is an AI-powered job application tool that discovers job postings matching your profile, parses your resume, autofills application forms, and can submit applications on your behalf using your own accounts. You can review applications before submission by enabling manual review mode.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Your Content
You retain all rights to the information you provide (resume, profile data, application answers). You grant us a limited license to process this information solely to provide the Service — for example, to parse your resume, match jobs, and fill out applications on your behalf. We do not sell your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Automated Applications
By using the Service, you authorize Fapply to prepare and submit job applications on your behalf using the information you provide. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, since it is used in applications submitted in your name.
- Automated submissions may occasionally fail or contain errors; we recommend reviewing your application activity regularly and using manual review mode where accuracy is critical.
- Third-party job platforms have their own terms of use, and you are responsible for your compliance with them.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or qualifications; use the Service to spam employers or apply to positions you have no intention of considering; reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service; or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any particular job-search outcome, including interviews, assessments, or offers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fapply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–10) will survive.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
